Service Used: Lettings - Let a property

Following a telephone conversation with Julie A from the letting department, I was left very upset and disgusted with the manor that she spoke to me and even the staff in the office, who over heard the conversation felt it necessary to apologise for her!

Her lack of professionalism and aggressive approach isn’t something to be tolerated. Having dealt with this company for many year. (admittedly with other helpful staff members who unfortunately have recently left ), I was taken back by Julie argumentative aggressive attitude , where she continually attempted to over talk me and didn’t even have the customer courtesy to listen, This apparently when talking to others is not a one off!

I was advised to take the matter up with one of the company directors however it looks like it stems from the top as they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my email.

Thankfully there are plenty of other good local estate agents in the high street!

Service Used: Sales - Sold a property

We ran to McCarthy Holden after a new local estate agent failed to sell our home after multiple failed attempts and offer the level of service we required when selling in todays market.

McCarthy Holden quickly ran to our rescue and had our property listed on the portals within days and had loads of viewings lined up. We then subsequently had an offer from a first time buyer who was able to move quickly in order to help us secure our onward purchase.

I wouldn't hesitate to use McCarthy Holden again. Victoria, Amelia and the team go above and beyond to ensure that there is someone to speak to when you need and offer an outstanding service!

If you're looking to buy or sell - I would recommend speaking with them first!
